Azalea Kitchens & Bakery had no website, no cohesive brand identity, and was running internal operations on a patchwork of manual processes and disconnected tools. What We Did

This was a full-scope engagement. We started with brand identity — developing a visual system that communicates warmth, quality, and craft. The logo, colours, and typography were designed to work equally well on a website header, a storefront sign, and product packaging.

We then built a website that serves as both a marketing tool and a practical resource for customers — menus, ordering information, location details, and a content structure optimised for local search. Behind the scenes, we developed custom internal tools to streamline back-office operations, replacing fragmented manual workflows with purpose-built systems.

On the growth side, we implemented analytics, structured the site for organic visibility, and established the marketing foundations to drive consistent traffic and engagement over time.

The Results
